Internship Information
In order to apply for the Square One Offer real estate internship, the applicant must be enrolled in a Business Administration, Finance, or related degree at an accredited university. We plan to award the internship based on willingness to learn, attitude, and go-getter mentality. We will offer a three month program to qualified individuals. The first two weeks will be an intense training program folowed by another two weeks of shadowing our investment specialists. The last two months will be a gradual step up to evaulating investments deals, visiting actaul real estate fix and flips, and reaching out to prospective customers to negotiate buying and selling physical real estate.

Real Estate Scholarship Requirements
Draft an essay no longer than 1200 words. In this essay, you should detail trends in the real estate industry and its impact on the city. Describe how your studies and interest in real estate will shape your community.

Any submitted videos, photos, and essays must be the original work of the applicant.
Students must provide proof of enrollment at an accredited university in the United States. Examples of proof include an official letter from the school or a copy of a tuition bill.
Applicants may only enter one submission per year. Duplicate entries are automatically disqualified.
All scholarships are non-renewable.

Deadline for Applications
The deadline to apply for this real estate internship is April 15th each year. In the beginging of May the interview process will start. Following the deadline, Square One Offer will select and announce the awardee’s by May 21st with a start date of June 1st each summer.
